Engineered Oak Flooring Supply and Installation project in Edinburgh

We are excited to share our latest private, new build residential project in Edinburgh. For this elegant apartment, we supplied and installed our top quality natural grade engineered oak flooring, finished with top-quality hardwax oil in "RAW OAK."

Our process began with the removal of the skirting boards to ensure a perfect fit for the flooring. These skirting boards were carefully reinstalled after the floor was laid. The engineered oak planks were glued down to an OSB base subfloor, ensuring stability and durability.

Special attention was given to the bathroom area, where we matched the height of the tiles for a seamless transition. The bathroom tiles were expertly installed by our partners, Hoff Renovations Edinburgh. In the kitchen, we worked around existing units by sliding the engineered planks as much as possible under the cabinets and trimming the kick boards.
